IP67-rated, motor-mounted VFD power for wet, dusty and high-vibration duty
The EM30 is a motor-drive integrated variable frequency drive engineered to mount directly onto the motor it controls, eliminating cabinet installation and long motor cables. Housed in a die-cast aluminum enclosure with anti-fingerprint finish, it delivers IP66/IP67 protection and 4g vibration resistance, making it suitable for humid, dusty and high-vibration environments where conventional drives cannot survive. Its open-type heatsink ensures reliable cooling and easy cleaning, and the fan is pluggable for quick service.
Available from 0.4 kW to 11 kW in three voltage classes, the EM30 supports both induction motors (VVVF and sensorless vector control) and permanent magnet synchronous motors (SVC), with speed and torque control modes. It delivers 150% starting torque at 0.5 Hz, a 1:100 speed range, ±0.5% steady-speed accuracy and a torque response under 20 ms — performance suitable for demanding loads.
Designed around pump and fan applications, it includes built-in PID closed-loop control, dry-run and pressure protection, master-slave water supply control and time-period scheduling. A brake unit is built in, EMC C2/C3 filters are optional, and it carries CE certification. The segment LCD or four-line LCD keypad can be installed in four orientations, with Bluetooth and IP67-dedicated panel options.
Fully sealed die-cast aluminum housing operates in humid, dusty and vibrating environments.
Mounts directly on the motor via EJ-series adapter plates, or wall-mounts with an optional bracket; split top/bottom cover for easy wiring.
